Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 package yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cream Cheese Icing
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Heat water, milk, and butter until warm in a small saucepan and add to the flour mixture.
- Add the egg and remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Combine crushed cookies, melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar for the filling.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling over it, roll up, and cut into 12 slices.
- Place the slices in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the icing, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together and spread over warm rolls.
